Timetabling
Timetabling is a manual process of allocating students to units each study period and is an essential requirement for remaining an enrolled student.
Academic Services will talk to students to ensure they are studying the appropriate units to support satisfactory and timely progression through their course.
Students have access to the online materials in Moodle only after they are timetabled for the unit.
Academic Services can be contacted via email: academic.services@cic.vic.edu.au
Commencing Students
Timetabling for commencing students is available at the Term Orientation day, one week prior to the start of each study period. Students unable to attend Orientation will have the opportunity to attend a timetabling session held during the week prior to the start of the study period.
Continuing Students
Timetabling for continuing students occurs before the new study period commences. The selection of units will depend on completed prerequisites and course progression units.
